← Back to all groups

Focus Area

This group examined how academia defines and measures responsible research. While broad principles like integrity, accountability, transparency, and engagement are widely cited, the group explored which of these principles matter most in practice, how they are actually measured or demonstrated, and how the answer shifts depending on whether you are a researcher, a university administrator, a community partner, or someone else entirely.
